Garlic Syrup Recipe for Respiratory Infections
Garlic syrup is ideal for most lung disorders, including sore throat and hoarseness, cough, asthma, lung congestion, difficulty breathing as well as chronic bronchitis. With this syrup we help to expel phlegm from the lungs through expectoration .
Ingredients:
-4-5 gloves garlic
-Half cup water
-1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-1/2 cup of raw honey
-Add any of the optional ingredients listed below
preparation:
1.Chop the whole head of garlic and add some of the optional ingredients.
2.Cover with apple vinegar, water and raw honey and mix for a few minutes.
3.Let the mixture rest overnight before using.
4.Then strain it and store it in a cool place.
Take a teaspoonful of syrup every 4 hours until we feel relieved.
